Concordia was founded and built by SuhDude977 (Ryicidal, SexyThaiLadyBoi, etc.) sometime in 2017. The city joined Lucite and had some minor military presence, including Lucite's first military implementation of a helicopter design created by jmvvana for Mannriah's fire station. Ryan went on to found New Concordia shortly after realizing that he did not like the city design.
