A nation is a large aggregate of people united by common descent, history, culture, or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory.[1] Nations have existed in PCB since the inception of Creative 1.8, and since then have been a subject of debate on whether they should exist or not.[2] According to Jmvvana (Joe), "...nations don't have power over anyone, they are to be like a sticker or a fancy hat you can wear."[3]

The rules for establishing a nation have been discussed most recently by Vexnorz with a revisioned draft.[4] The guidelines are based off of a post two years prior by MrFerf with regards to "wars, claiming, and territorial disputes."[5]
