TomiCo
TomiCo is a conglomerate corporation founded by tomicalover in 2016. Its main industry is construction and design.
Construction
TomiCo Construction is the corporation's largest division accounting for 53% of annual earnings. TomiCo controls all aspects of the commission, rarely involving other parties. Its head office is currently in the city of Illemont at the top floor of the Illemont City Offices. Record of previous contracts were unfortunately lost in an office fire.

Residence in Waterleaf located at 11 Main St. Waterleaf, EP. Description: Single family home with backyard and pool, close location to area school.

Waterleaf Public Park located at 17 Main St. Waterleaf, EP. Description: Small park including recreation center and forest.

Interior completion of the Illemont City Hall.
Contract #112004
Illemont Capitol Building. Description: Modeled after a Harvard building, it contains a senate chamber.
Electric
TomiCo Electric was introduced for the 1.7 map. It produced car charging stations (the first on the server) in 3 locations. The charging stations were discontinued after the map wipe.
Appliances
TomiCo produces a range of home appliances.
Washing Machine Model WM624008A, B, C, D
Produced from 2017-present, the model XT624 washing machine is a dual washer and dryer. The first generation had a starting price of $6000, which, by the fourth generation was decreased to $2000. It is the only combination washer and dryer on the market.
