Montmorency is a really powerful from origin French family but nowadays spreading in Cascadia. This family is originally from Orléans. The most popular member is Pierre Montmorency (1774-1839) who was the first president of Cascadia and he lived in the city of Montmorency which was named after him. This family also owns a bottling company (first a trading company) called Morency&Co which is passed by the oldest son in the family. Some people don't want only men to be the owner so they scrapped the rule in 2017 so the oldest child becomes the owner but following Kate Montmorency (1994) refused to become the owner and moved to Jakobstad, Jatkosota. Another popular member is Francis Lowe (1861-1924) who was assassinated in 1924 by George Spillburgh (1886-1924). Pierre Montmorency is his great grandfather.
