Concordia was founded and built by SuhDude977 (Ryicidal, SexyThaiLadyBoi, etc.) sometime in 2017. The city joined [[Lucite]] and had some minor military presence, including Lucite's first military implementation of a helicopter design created by jmvvana for [[Mannriah]]'s fire station.
