The Imperial Provinces of Helvetia was founded by MattDB and EstevaoBuilder when the Second Republic of the United Continental Provinces and the Republic of Helvetia merged as the ultimate arise of the Second Lucitian State came to be and national governments began to lose power in the world. With Estevao and Jmvvana's Helvetian State coming to a close end due to inactivity, Matt, the Provincial Grand Consul decided to hand over his provinces and cities to Helvetia in an effort to bring both states to neutrality and unification, with Achilles as it's capital and an Imperial society instated to revive the once failing state and bring it back into the world. Estevao and Matt agreed upon the title of the leader to be the Imperial Grand Consul, which was given to Matt as the first official leader and Estevao as the Chancellor to Capital Architecture.
