TomiCo Construction and Architects (トミ株式会社建設と建築 ''Tomi Kabushiki Gaisha Kensetsu to Kenchiku'' also known as '''TomiCon''') is [[TomiCo]]'s largest division accounting for 53% of annual earnings. TomiCon controls all aspects of the commission, rarely involving other parties. Its head office is currently in the city of [[Illemont]] at the top floor of the Illemont City Offices. Record of contracts prior to 2019 were unfortunately lost in an office fire.
