Libratia

Libratia is a city located in the Far Middle East of the 1.12 Creative map on the Desert of Liberty. It is a city-state with an Anarcho-Capitalist approach towards government. The name Libratia was derived from the word liberty.

History

Founding

Libratia was founded in 2018 by swordsman_dood and was warp approved on July 20th, 2018 by [OP] ~Lysithea on July 16, 2018, [OP] ~Master on July 18, 2018, and [Admin] ~OCTO on 20 July 2018 (OCTO insists on writing it this way).

Articles of Liberation

General Articles

1. All persons must not grief.
2. All persons must comply with the Articles of Liberation.
3. The Leader of the Liberated (swordsman_dood) has the ability to alter the Articles of Liberation.
4. The Demands of the People can not be created by any persons except for the Leader of the Liberated.
5. The Leader of the Liberated can not create a separate governing body and can not elect another person to hold the position of Leader of the Liberated.
6. The Leader of the Liberated has the ability to alter existing buildings or infrastructure.

Specific Articles

1. Corporate Entity

1a. A corporate entity is a person or group of people who meet the Demands of the People.

1b. A corporate entity does not have the ability to create roads, bus or brt lanes; bike lanes, or sidewalks.

1c. A corporate entity does not have the ability to destroy any existing buildings or infrastructure.

1d. A corporate entity can not alter the Articles of Liberation and can not add artificial demands.

1e. A corporate entity must build according to the Demands of the People.

2. Corporate Registry

2a. Any persons wishing to become a corporate entity must register at the Office of Registry in the Liberation Tower

in order to become a corporate entity.

2b. A corporate entity can be banned from Libratia (unregistered) if they do not comply with the Articles of

Liberation.

2c. A corporate entity does not have the ability to unregister other corporate entities.

2d. Corporate entities can build only one HQ.

3. Private Ownership

3a. A corporate entity who has built a structure in response to a demand now owns that building.

3b. A corporate owned building can be used by other entities with the permissions from the Leader of the Liberated

and the owner entity of the building.

3c. Corporate owned buildings can be altered by the Leader of the Liberated.

3d. Corporate owned buildings must have a sign on them with the name of the building and the name of the corporation.
