This is company's main building was situated in Aastivan, in the NT district. Before it was abandoned, beyond repair it was a place for many Aastivanian workers. This building has caved in roofs and burnt up boilers. And the company originally was a coal mine then later, made light-bulbs, under the name of Calluminum Peshodeal. 30 years after the main plant was constructed, CP filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy, and when the building was closed for violating the building code, CP relocated to a different city, where it flourishes. The building can be separated into 10 different parts, the brick buildings, are the most damaged, while the metal-roofed rows are barely changed from what they used to be. Caleum-air is the current resident of one of the warehouses.

About 50 years after the factory was abandoned, a scrapping company went to work on gutting out the loose metals and salvageable parts, to sell and use them in later progression of the city. People still come here to tear off pieces to make money at the scrap plants, and most of of what was there is gone.

Different perspectives of the plant from inside, and out

The Caleum-air company has fixed the ventilation in their section of the building in Pic(2) and added a new lamp that overhangs the path. The big sign in the front has disappeared (presumably from the gutting) as well as a small truck building, that now holds a rubble dumpster where the scrap is thrown from higher floors. The shutter and plywood windows have also seemed to be removed, and a barbwire chain-link fence was put around the front of the property, to stop debris from getting out, and people from getting in.

To the right of Caleum-air is a crumbling building, which used to be part of the complex but was purchased by Conimatics, a company that makes generators for Aastivan, and was left for good when they located there HQ to downtown Aastivan. Now the small piece of land belongs to the city, and progress of Nuclear Town district (a [shop/historical] district located where the nuclear power plant was)

Part Two: Renovations

The city council has made a move to renovate the plant to make a large coal port leading to lake Aastivan, the renovation started from the main building, and moved through the complex, some parts lay in ruins still but the majority is open

The main business changed their name to Coal Porter, but used the same logo, they port 25 tons of coal per hour, which is about 427200000 LB per year, to the mine and from the mine, within huge storage tanks provided.

In later of July, the site of the newly demolished NT Tower building and the crumbling remains of a piece of city property, new rows were built to accommodate the space needed for warehousing, and truck porting.
