Victoria or more officially addressed as 'The City of Victoria' was a city founded early in the 1.7 creative map. It was the first city to exist and establish the Tri-City Region in the North-East of creative PCB and strictly be a continental European style urban city with elements of British architecture also. It's earliest date of existence shortly before being granted Town status was May 2014 and was originally founded by David9336 and Heavenly_Dagger.

Victoria was neighboured by two newer cities called Sackets Harbor and Bayside.

History

Victoria's earliest dates are traced back to May 2014 when it was granted 'Town' status, receiving a warp also. It then grew into a medium-sized city. Originally founded by David9336 and shortly after Heavenly_Dagger, the city started out as a small singular build in the isolated North-East of the map (at the time.)

It was often referred to as a cultural/tourist city due to its heavily European style architecture of terraces/townhouses/parades and brick/quartz materials.

Geography

Districts

Victoria was composed of only a few districts including the very central 'Historic District' as it contained the very earliest buildings. A district of mostly large detached homes was called the 'Elmbridge District' and was often considered 'affluent'. Other districts are unnamed and often referred to as the 'Modern/Newer Part's or the 'Outskirts' as the city was continuing to grow.

Architecture

Victoria was largely composed of Edwardian style buildings, Victorian style and a few modern buildings in more recent times. The main builders of the city are often inspired by cities in Europe including London, and in recent times a strict building law/theme had been established and regulated by the Victoria Council.

Demographics

The local government of Victoria was run by the Victoria Council. Numerous embassies of Victoria are located in PCB including most recently in Empire. The Victoria Council manages new buildings, the rules of the city, evicting troublesome residents and pulling down illegal buildings. The current mayor and original founder of the city was David9336

Regional

The city also falls under the greater Tri-City Region authority. It also had embassies in different cities, including Calisands.

Transport

Victoria had its own underground/subway train station which was originally constructed to server other parts of the city, although it had links to Bayside and Sackets Harbors own underground stations. Although due to it's lack of use, only one track was used linking all three cities, the other 'Southern' train track had been preserved for public view.

Victoria was also linked to a highway system which connected the city from the North by bridge and tunnel to Sackets Harbor and other amenities, including a hospital and cathedral.
