It sits in the Eastern Portion of the World, around the Capital city of Pada, the namesake of the Republic, and Espen, Illemont. It came into existence July 16th, 2019, being founded by CGH_2005 as Esteria, and renamed after MattDB donated his town Pada. Espen, the State around Illemont, was the first state admitted into the Union.
