ASTO, or the Alga Sea Treaty Organization, was an alliance founded in Creative 1.8 by Lucite and Bayonne in order to prevent hostilities in and around the Alga Sea. To enforce its protection of the sea, both nations agreed to create a joint-military that would cooperate if any hostility were to occur. The nations of Lucite, Bayonne and Volare were in ASTO's exclusive ranks, while Lucite and Bayonne retained permanent seats and had veto power.
