ASTO, or the Alga Sea Treaty Organization, was an alliance formed in late 2016 on Creative 1.8 by Lucite and Bayonne in order to prevent hostilities in and around the Alga Sea. To enforce its protection of the sea, both nations agreed to create a joint-military that would cooperate if any hostility were to occur.
