ASTO, or the Alga Sea Treaty Organization, was founded by Lucite and Bayonne in order to prevent hostilities in and around the Alga Sea and to create a joint-military similar to NATO's. Currently, only Lucite, Bayonne and Volare are in ASTO's exclusive ranks. Lucite and Bayonne retain permanent seats and have veto power.
