It has a population of approximately 900,000 residents which are known as Gibraltians. Gibraltar was founded on the first day of the Creative 1.8 map and was active up until the end of 2016 before activity steadily declined. About
Gibraltar is a city renowned for its modern look and feel, as well as its presence in Project City Build as one of the most realistic cities. Gibraltar was established in July 2015 and is one of the original cities of the Creative 1.8 map. Gibraltar is the home of G.R.I.D Co. (Engineers of the Sky-Train), and strives to be a server leader in terms of presentability and general community.
Government
Gibraltar is led by Prime Minister Mannriah, who aims to make Gibraltar an example to all. To do that, Gibraltar is open to accepting build applications from any Member+ of the PCB community. Gibraltar aims for strong diplomatic relations with other cities in PCB and is constantly trying to establish new embassies with new diplomatic partners.
Culture and People
Gibraltar is a cosmopolitan city, it is primarily suburban and metropolitan with a laid-back culture. Many residents holiday in Budapest in the winter because of the mild climate and rich culture. Resident also regularly work away from home in Portland where a lot of businesses from Gibraltar have secondary offices or branches. Gibraltar is a wealthy city, residents enjoy a high quality of life, with access to free healthcare, free university and a youth unemployment rate of 1.6%. Gibratians have an average life expectancy of 91 years.

Transport
Gibraltar Central Station is a terminus station for the National Railways and PCBT network, a terminus station for JmvRail and is a major metropolitan transport hub. Gibraltar Central Station is also the centre of operations of the Sky-Rail network, which has 3 active stations in Gibraltar (Gibraltar North, Gibraltar Shopping Centre and Gibraltar Central).
Geography
Gibraltar is built on the south east corner of Gibraltar Bay in the Creative 1.8 Map. It is mostly low-lying with a maximum elevation of 250m in the western region. Gibraltar is neighboured to the north by the Snowy Mountains with the only town nearby to the north being Christmas Town 2016. It is bordered to the east by the Horizon Sea, the south by the Moss Mountains and the west by Hyperion.
Major Landmarks
- Gibraltar City Hall - Easily recognised by the pride flag beacons that light up the facade at night.
- Gibraltar Bay Bridge - One of the largest bridges in Creative 1.8.
- Gibraltar War Memorial - A large sandstone memorial to citizens lost in all majors conflicts since 1900.
- Gibraltar Mall - A large shopping center near the central business district
- The Prime Minister's Mansion - A large house on an island in the bay of Gibraltar
