The Plutocracy of Titania (Titania) is a city-state established in 2019. It is governed by its sole leader, Duchess tomicalover of Titania. It is based on the American Gilded Age and Edwardian Era; a time in which the wealthy built lavish residences and enjoyed endless social events. Its name is derived from the famed ocean liner, Titanic. The time frame is approximately 1900-1915. Titania is currently a member of the United Republic of Corallium.
History
Established by Duchess tomicalover in October of 2019, Titania is a plutocracy; a society governed by the wealthy. In October of 2019, Titania joined the United Republic. In the previous creative map, Titania never came to fruition due to the unfortunate timing of the 2020 wipe and was subsequently abolished.

Elstowe Manor
The first planned structure in Titania was Elstowe Manor based on the real manor built in 1898 and designed by Horace Trumbauer. The main manor's exterior was completed with approximately 70% of the interior furnished to plan. Unfortunately, the surrounding garden and tennis court could not be completed before the map wipe of 2020.
Creative 1.15
Marble House
The first structure in the newly reestablished Titania is Marble House, based on the manor of the same name located in Newport, Rhode Island. The scale of the project is 2:1 and the manor is set to have a view of a planned 40-meter wide artificial river. The only other structure on the site at the moment is the Chinese-inspired tea house derived from the original estate.
