The Plutocracy of Titania (Titania) was a proposed city-state established in 2019. It was governed by its sole leader, Duchess tomicalover of Titania. In October of 2019, Titania joined the United Republic. Titania never came to fruition due to the unfortunate timing of the 2020 Creative Map wipe.
History
Established by Duchess tomicalover in October of 2019, Titania was a plutocracy; a society governed by the wealthy. Titania is based on the American Gilded Age and Edwardian Era; a time in which the wealthy built lavish residences and enjoyed endless social events. Its name is derived from the famous ocean liner, Titanic. The time frame of Titania is approximately 1900-1910.
