Mullet Joe

Mullet Joe is an infamous image of player jmvvana and has become a large part of PCB culture. "Mullet Joe" didn't really have a mullet, but in the photo he appears to have a small mullet. The picture was taken during his 2013 football season. This picture can be seen littered around the photo threads of the forums.
