The Northern Helvetia Sector, otherwise known as the Javan Commonwealth contained Port Java, Trupolia (Truman's failed Mountain City), Former San Fiero and Jauett City
The Eastern Helvetia Sector contains the Northern Helvetian Province, which contains Arcadia and the Provincial Citadel, and the Southern Helvetian Province, which contains the Capital, Achilles, and surrounding territories.
Leadership of Helvetia
The Leadership System works as so:
The Grand Consul is the head of the government and the Imperial executive branch
The Imperial Grand Assembly is the legislative branch of the Empire
The Judicial Courts Council is the Judicial branch of the Empire
The Elected leader (Grand Consul) of Helvetia is MattDB
The Chancellor of Territories when the Grand Consul is away is EstevaoBuilder
The Vice Chancellor of Territories is Jmvvana (Therefore keeping the founder chain)
The Consul Minors are those who participate in the government and help represent The Grand Consul and the Chancellors
Two such Consul Minors are Tuzao and Leobhz

The Continental Representatives are the three leaders of the sectors in Helvetia
The Imperial Governors are the elected leaders of the Provinces
The Provincial Senators are the two elected people who represent their Province in the national Grand Assembly

The Governor of Diuetta is MattDB
The Governor of the Javan Commonwealth is breadhead12
The Governor of Northern Helvetia is Jmvvana
The Governor of Southern Helvetia is Estevao Builder
The Governor of the Archipelago Commonwealth is also EstevaoBuilder (As it is not yet completed)
Flag of Helvetia
The Helvetian Flag is a Tricolor, containing Red, White, and Yellow. It was the flag of the Republic of Helvetia and has remained that way since it's merger with the UCP.
Other Flags
The Flag of the previous UCP is also used to represent the military
Although Helvetia is more architecturally advanced rather than Military advanced, there are still a few ships contained in their navy from the old UCP.
Governors have control of their Provinces and land, they can do what they want with building but they cannot secede to another nation or gain a different independency.
