The I-83 Highway is a International highway on the east of the 1.15 map from Cedarcliff to Montmorency. The Highway is in 3 countries: Cedarcliff (independent region), Jatkosota and Cascadia. The highway is the biggest International Highway and biggest in PCB. The highway was opened in 1967.

History

In a plan of Jatkosotan planner Antero Hannula in 1963 he wrote "We have to make better connections with the other nearby countries. In the case with Cascadia the problem is that you cant connect good with vehicles. You can only come there with plane". So they made a plan for an International highway connecting Cedarcliff with Montmorency. Only it was not approved by the government and there was a lot of criticism, till it was approved in 1965. Jatkosota made an agreement with Cascadia in the Confederetion of Montmorency in 1965. The highway was build in 2 years and it was done.

Route

The route is: Montmorency - Järvenmäki - Pohjoinentad - Billyville (Muncipality of Jakobstad) - Jakobstad - Cedarcliff. It stops at several gas stations. If you are in Billyville, the highway stops and begins when you are over the border with Cedarcliff.
