- BlameJoe is a widespread saying and meme in the PCB community. Although its roots are unknown, jmvvana clearly did something wrong (whats new there?), and was blamed. #BlameJoe spread like wildfire and QueenTiger is accredited with furthering the spread of #BlameJoe. Whenever something bad happens, chat is flooded with "#BlameJoe". Events such as resets, crashes, lag, greif, hackers, spam, or nearly anything else will certainly always end up with a #BlameJoe afterward.
