To enforce its protection of the sea, both nations agreed to create a joint-military that would cooperate if any hostility were to occur. The nations of Lucite, Bayonne and Volare were in ASTO's exclusive ranks, while Lucite and Bayonne retained permanent seats and had veto power. Due to a lack in activity between the nations, the alliance disbanded in July 2017. Ontario was given an honorary seat, however it was essentially a Lucitian puppet.
