Originally was the space of a boiler building for the now reused terminal hotel. Now has green glass windows with images on each. Chevron Paper Co.: Abandoned: Early 2018 - April. The Somerset ridge Complex housed many buildings, most of which were demolished. Including Chevron, which is now an apartment complex, overlooking Micala River. Contiki Auto Plant: Abandoned: Early 2018 - June. A mega auto producer for PCB and then demolished later in June 2018 Detaromascas Inc.: Abandoned: Early 2018 - Present. Once the widest building in the city, it used to be used as a warehouse, and had many failed occupants. The roof is caving in.
