The City of Carson is a modern Toronto/American styled city located in the Kingdom of Vivoa in the northern region of the 1.12 map that is surrounded by large bodies of water and large mountains. Travel is quite difficult in this area due to it's remote location, the current ways of entering and exiting Carson consist of a single divided highway and the Vivoan International Airport.

Carson has 2 different governments controlling it, the government of the Kingdom of Vivoa has the main authority at the federal level, and the Carson City Government which is the municipal level of government. The Kingdom of Vivoa is currently lead by a monarch who resides in the city next to Carson, and the current elected mayor for the City of Carson is a man named Louis Andersen, who ran for mayor in 2006 and still has control to this day as part of the National Conservatives.

Flag
The flag for the City of Carson includes the Vivoan flag in the top left corner, with 3 stars underneath to symbolize power within the nation, and the Canadian Maple Leaf to symbolize the cities close history with Canada. Due to this, a common nickname for Carson is "little Canada" or "little BC/Alberta" due to the mountains and water.

The Tribal War
Many tribesman residing in the city caused riots due to war, the military had to take to the cities own streets to combat this, and a small amount of bloodshed happened, but as a result of the riots, a few restaurants had windows broken, and the beach was covered with flaming tires.

After a threat with climate change, the national government created a few conservation zones in the area, one of which is the Robins National Conservation Zone, this zone is governed mainly by the City of Carson, and is assisted by the National Conservation League which helps assist with re-greening the area and collecting litter. On this particular land, camping and fishing are permitted for up to 16 days, but hunting, and collecting resources is strictly prohibited.
