Military
After several months of work, New Havana was abandoned and turned into a "military playground" for jmvvana. New Havana currently maintains the densest military presense on PCB with 5 ships, 1 submarine, 10 planes, 1 drone, 9 tanks, 4 missiles, 1 ICBM, 1 humvee, 2 SWAT vans and an offshore fleet all under the control of Lucite.
