'''The Grand Republic of Barcala Diuettium''' is a nation that formed on 6/11/18 from the [[Imperial Provinces of Helvetia]] and additional cities and provinces who came together under a council of leaders '''(The Grand Council of Barcala Diuettium)''' who each help contribute efforts to certain sections of the government. These Council members are called Consuls, and each Consul has their own province and piece of the government to help operate. Among these Consuls is a Grand Consul, who is legally the head of the state, and supplies support to all of the Council Members (He/She cannot veto or overrule any decisions of a Consul unless it is deliberately trying to harm the state). The Grand Consul is simply the "All-Around Type" Member of the council and is basically the face of the Republic.

The '''Republic of Diuetta''', or, as it was known, '''The Grand Republic''' was a nation located on the PCB 1.12 Map. The nation was formed June 11th, 2018 by MattDB, Masterboatman, MrMuffinFish, and Dantosky from EstevaoBuilder and Jmvvana's Republic of Helvetia. Founded originally as "The Grand Republic of Diuettium", a council ruled state, the nation was referred to as either "The Grand Republic", "The Republic", or "Diuetta". It consisted of several cities, and adopted some styles of government from [[Lucite]].
The drafted idea of Barcala Diuettium was made by MattDB as an effort to recognize the growing cities in the Southwest. However, (MattDB wrote this article) I quote that Barcala Diuettium was not only formed by me, I give tons of credit to all of our members such as MrMuffinFish and Masterboatman, two of the three original members of Barcala Diuettium not including myself. Since then we have gotten more members on our side and we are proud to announce that as of this day (6/21/18) we have 11 Warps. I am so glad that all of our proud states have come together as a new way to unite the builders around the map.

The Republic of Diuetta was led by the Grand Consul, who was elected among the Diuettan Executive Council from a pre-existing member. The Diuettan Executive Council, or "DEC" was elected by its citizens, where there were 12 positions on the board. Each position focused on one aspect of the nation, such as Military, Roads, Airports, etc., and the board was headed by the Vice Consul, who, with the Grand Consul, assisted Councillors with each of their departments.

The Republic consisted of multiple regions and cities. Its capital city, Diuetta, Barcalos, Achilles, Avalon, and Master City, were the first cities to form the Nation.

The Architectual Structure of [[Diuetta]] is mainly ancient Roman, although there is a mix of modern in its buildings.

The Senate of Diuetta consists of One Hundred and Eleven seats. The Reigning Monarch, Incumbent Premier, and Heir Apparent sit on the top platform, whilst Senators take the remaining rows. Each Kingdomly Province is guaranteed atleast one Senator, and in the absence of an elected Senator, the Lord or Lady of a Kingdomly Province may sit in to replace them temporarily.

Although the Right-Wing has not been started, it will mainly be comprised of a Court and a few offices. It will be where the Judicial Branch of the Kingdoms of Diuetta shall meet. The offices will be for the Chief Justices, as well as some offices for Senators.
