Although its roots are unknown, the source of the saying is likely when Jmvvana got blamed for an incident. QueenTiger is accredited with furthering the spread of the #BlameJoe saying. When there are resets, crashes, lag, grief, hackers, or spam, chat will certainly always be flooded with a #BlameJoe.
