PCBHyperloop (PCBH) was a 1.9 concept transportation system proposed by user tomicalover in March of 2016. The concept arose from the recently added mechanic of boats on ice which could travel faster than conventional rail.
A contest was held in Dubai to determine the standardized design of the Hyperloop. However, the project never came to fruition as the demand for a new transport system was low and there were many complications involved in its construction.
Similar projects
PCBtransit
PCBtransit, shortly after tomicalover's proposal, began a system for an alternative Hyperloop in which it operated. The project reached a hiatus in 2016 but was resumed by user AsmodeanUnderscore and Mannriah. The progress is unknown.

Currently located at /warp sspawn, there is a hyperloop in progress. At the moment it is unknown who constructed it.
